OMT was founded in 2017 by two people who just wanted to make videos their way—and that's still the entire mission statement.

We make video. Corporate films, brand work, the occasional thing that's harder to categorise. We apply real film language to real problems with real intention, and we push back against the idea that "corporate" has to mean “boring”.

Founder-led, our name comes from late university nights playing Civilization—from being addicted to the promise of staying up for just... one more turn. One step closer to better.

We haven't kicked the habit.
